Accounts and participation
Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use only accounts and content you are authorized to control. Voting and playlists require an account; additional participation controls may require email verification. Do not manipulate chart activity, impersonate others, harass people or upload unlawful content. Reports and support requests are reviewed through CrateVolt Support.
Artist ownership and permissions
Artists retain ownership of their recordings and compositions. Upload only audio, artwork, video and credits you have permission to distribute. Publishing a release authorizes CrateVolt to host and display it for the selected platform features. Enabling sales requires the artist’s separate sales-permission confirmation. Uploading does not enrol you in publishing administration, a label agreement or royalty collection; those require separate executed agreements and verified authority.
Listening and downloads
Listening access and purchased downloads are for personal use unless the artist grants a separate licence. A purchase does not transfer copyright, grant a commercial-use licence or authorize redistribution. Preview clips and member-only content may have separate access restrictions. Approved catalogue status can change following rights or moderation review.
Charts and discovery
Qualified votes, 45-second listens, purchases and completed shares each carry one chart point; a qualifying playlist save carries half a point. Duplicate, self, test and refunded activity is subject to exclusions. Chart participation is subject to eligibility and integrity checks. A rank or recommendation is not a guarantee of sales, employment or commercial success.
Payments, fan clubs and availability
Read Payments & refunds before buying, tipping or joining a paid fan club. Prices and benefits are shown before checkout. Checkout may remain unavailable while payment configuration or artist onboarding is incomplete. Planned label, publishing and booking services are not commitments unless a separate agreement confirms them.
Support and rights concerns
Use Artist & Fan Support or email gameday5000@gmail.com. For a rights complaint, identify the recording or page, describe your rights and supply contact information and supporting details. Do not send confidential banking documents. These terms do not remove consumer rights that apply by law.
